I stayed a whole week at this hotel in August 2009 and did not seem to be impressed with the quality vs cost. their room was confy and their breakfast was usual, but for * dollars a night you would expect lots more in quality. Waterbury is a boring city and its hotels are too expansive for nothing. I would not stay there anymore. Go some extra miles to Meriden where prices are down and quality is up way up.

I was dissappointed that I had to remind staff to clean my room on two occasions. Microwave and refrigerator were not waiting for me, even though I requested them in advance. Also, a desk in the room instead of a table would have been nice. I worked daily while I was there, and working at a table was very difficult.
